If you did not receive the downloadable content you purchased, you are eligible for a refund.

2. Physical Products:
If the physical product did not arrive at your shipping address, you are eligible for a refund.

If there is a discrepancy between our system records and the customer's claim, our system records will be used as proof of delivery date. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee the refund.
