Appointments Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Funtime3Freddy3 Records! We strive to provide the best experience possible for all of our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and the best use of everyone's time, we have established the following policies regarding bookings, late arrivals, missed appointments, and refunds. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Booking and Payment

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. This ensures that we reserve the time exclusively for you.

The payment amount includes the base cost of the appointment and any applicable service fees.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. Therefore, we offer a 10-15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, the remaining time of your session will still be honored.

However, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals, as this would disrupt other clients' appointments.

Example: If you are booked for a 1-hour session and arrive 12 minutes late, you will receive the remaining 48 minutes of the session. The session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided.

Missed Appointments

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the session will be considered a missed appointment.

Missed appointments are eligible for a 50% refund as store credit. The store credit will be calculated based on the base appointment cost and will not include payment processing fees.

Example: For an appointment costing €50, you will receive €25 in store credit if the appointment is missed, regardless of the total amount paid, which includes any applicable fees.

Store credit can be used for future appointments or services, helping you reschedule at your convenience.

Refunds and Payment Fees

Please note that refunds are based on the appointment cost, not the total payment amount (which may include third-party payment gateway fees). Payment fees (e.g., Stripe) are non-refundable, as they are service charges levied by the payment processor and not by us.

Example: If the base cost of your appointment is €50 and the payment processor charges an additional 29% fee (making your total payment €64.50), the 50% refund for a missed appointment will be based on the €50, not the €64.50.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that this isn't possible. We value our time and the time of other clients and seek to ensure a fair and respectful environment for everyone.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be classified as a no-show, and our missed appointment policy will apply. You will receive 50% of the appointment cost as store credit.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserves the right to refuse service if you repeatedly miss appointments or arrive late. We value our time and the time of other clients and seek to ensure a fair and respectful environment for everyone.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events may occur. If you have a special circumstance that caused you to miss your appointment or arrive late, our No-Show policy will still be aplicable.
