Introduction
At Funtime3Freddy3 Records, we deeply respect and acknowledge the loss of our users. This Memorial Policy outlines what happens to an account when a user passes away and how we handle memorialization requests. Our goal is to protect the privacy of the deceased while providing clarity to their loved ones.
What happens when an account is reported for its owner being deceased?
When we receive a valid report that a user has passed away, the account will be placed in a memorialized state and subject to the following restrictions:
Restricted Access: The account will no longer be accessible, and no one (including family or friends) will be able to access the account or use key features of our platform.
Loss of Privileges: Features such as content downloads, subscriptions, services, account settings, and customer support will no longer be available.
Community Restrictions: The account will be prohibited from interacting with other users, forums, or community events.
Service Cancellation: Any active services linked to the account will be immediately terminated.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued for the unused portion of a subscription associated with a memorialized account. However, a 12.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
Refund Limitations: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method on file. If the bank account is closed or the payment method is no longer valid, we cannot issue a refund.
Requesting Memorialization or Reinstatement
If you need to request an account to be placed in a memorialized state, or if you believe an account was memorialized by mistake, please contact us with proper documentation.
Proof Required: We may require an official death certificate or other valid proof to process a memorialization request.
Disputing Memorialization: If you have evidence that the reported individual is alive, please provide supporting documentation to request a review.
