As part of our distribution services, we work with our distributor partners. In order to provide seamless distribution of your music, we need to share certain information with our distributor partners. This information is limited to:
Artist Names: The names of the artists featured in your music.
Album Names: The titles of the albums you are distributing.
Album Photos: The cover images associated with the albums.
Track Names: The titles of individual tracks within the albums.
Track Audios: The audios of individual tracks within the albums.
Track Lyrics: The lyrics of individual tracks within the albums.
This information is shared solely for the purpose of managing and distributing your music effectively. We do not share any other personal information or data beyond what is specified above.
Data Sharing with Third Parties via API
We also share the data specified above with third parties through our API. The API, accessible at https://api.funtime3freddy3records.com, allows third parties to access certain information necessary for the operation of our services. This includes:

Artist Photo
Artist Bio To
Album Names
Album Photos
Track Names
Track Audios

Access to this API is controlled and monitored to ensure that third parties use the data in accordance with our policies and agreements. We take measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your information when it is accessed through our API.
To access the banking section or request a payout or to distribute music, artists must maintain an active Pro subscription. Without an active Pro plan, access to these features will be restricted.
Earnings and Fees
Our earnings and fees structure is designed to support both our artists and our operations. The commission rates applied depends on Stripe. We take 10% cut to pay Stripe's fees.
We ensure that all data shared with our distributor partners is handled with the same level of care and security as described in our Privacy Policy. Our distributor partners is contractually obligated to use the data exclusively for the purposes of music distribution and to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Payouts and Bank Terms
Artists must connect a valid Stripe Express account to be eligible for payouts. All earnings will be held in the artist's virtual balance until they request a withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 plus applicable Stripe fees. Payouts requested below this threshold will not be processed.
By connecting your Stripe Express account to Funtime3Freddy3 Records, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and acknowledge that Stripe may charge fees for processing payouts, which are deducted automatically.
Payouts are typically processed instantly or within a few hours, depending on Stripe's processing timelines and the selected payout method.
We reserve the right to hold or delay payouts due to suspected fraud, policy violations, or pending disputes. In such cases, artists will be notified via email.
Once a Stripe Express account is connected, it cannot be disconnected or removed from our platform. This is due to platform compliance and Stripe limitations. If your account is no longer valid or you require changes, please contact support for a manual review.
