2. Grace Period End:
If all 8 retry attempts fail and the 7-day grace period concludes, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
After cancellation, the status of your invoice will be marked as overdue.
What Does Cancellation Mean?
Once the subscription is canceled:
You will no longer have access to the services or content provided under the subscription.
You will need to resubscribe to regain access if your subscription is canceled due to failed payments.
How to Avoid Cancellation
To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, please ensure your payment method remains valid and up-to-date. Here’s how you can avoid cancellation:
Update Payment Method: Log in to your account and update your payment information to ensure successful billing.
Contact Support: If you are experiencing issues with your payment method, contact us promptly to resolve the matter.
Invoice Status After Grace Period
Once the 7-day grace period ends, if the payment has not been successfully processed:
The invoice will remain marked as overdue.
Customers will be able to clear overdue invoices by manually making the payment through their account.
